MARTIN QUICK
Martin Quick is a Senior Neurodiversity Coach based in Hereford, UK, specialising in supporting ADHD professionals to thrive at work without burning out or losing sight of who they are. He has coached more than 200 neurodivergent clients, many of whom are highly capable individuals who struggle with focus, organisation, confidence, emotional regulation or sustaining success in demanding environments.
Martin’s coaching is practical, person‑centred and trauma‑informed. He works alongside clients to make sense of how ADHD shows up for them, helping them harness their strengths while developing realistic strategies around productivity, boundaries, communication and self‑management. His approach is grounded, flexible and non‑pathologising, with a strong emphasis on solutions that work in real professional contexts, not just in theory.
He is particularly skilled at supporting clients with complex or overlapping needs, and is known for building trust quickly and adapting his approach in the moment. Martin regularly works with professionals accessing coaching through Access to Work, as well as those navigating career progression, leadership responsibilities or major transitions.
Alongside his one‑to‑one work, Martin line‑manages and mentors other Neurodiversity Coaches and delivers training to organisations. He is a co‑author of a Level 2 accredited qualification in neurodiversity now used across NHS Trusts, Probation Services and commercial settings. With a strong background in education, safeguarding and pastoral leadership, Martin brings depth, credibility and calm to his work. He is fully DBS checked and professionally insured.
